Here the steps :
1. Cut the adenium root like shown on picture.
2. Hang for between 5 days to 1 week.
3. Put you adenium plant back to pot. Use Styrofoam, cd rom plate or else as base.
4. Fill up with adenium media.

Grafting technique is common method to propagate adenium.

1. Use Sharp and Sterile knife. This is very important factor
2. Cut Rootstock Stem like V character about 1-1.5 centimeter.
3. Cut scion carefully so it will fit with rootstock.
4. Use plastic tape or small plastic bad to tie the union.
5. Wrap with plastic bag to keep the humidity
6. Place your graft adenium plant at shade place or use paper to prevent over heating inside the plastic bag.
7. Remove the plastic bag after 10 to 15 days.
8. Remove the grafting tape once the union is really well formed. Usually take 15 to 30 days.

Adenium Arabicum, adenium obesum, adenium socotranum can be propagated by adenium seeds, cutting, air-layering and grafting adenium. Adenium multiflorum, Adenium swazicum, Adenium somalense, Adenium bohemianum and more variety can be propagation with all methods above too. All methods have each benefit.

Here below are the tricks how to make Adenium Dwarf Form:

1. The first key important thing is to select the seeds that can give the Dwarf Adenium Form. PNW or any mixed hybrid with PNW to do this. PNW seedlings can perform as the muscular branches and chubby style.
2. Use fertilizer that consists of higher P and K, keep using less N
3. Try to make the middle stem to be bigger first then make more side branches come up by using the accelerated hormone for root. Because more root is more side branches!
4. Put the granular fertilizer that consists of N,P,K, and additional nutrients like Ca, Br, Zn, Mn, Mg, etc around the pot border to attract the root wide spread. This also can help caudex bigger.
5. Try to rotate the pot every week to let all branch sides get the sunlight equally or if some side branches are too lengthy, put them in the opposite direction of sunlight.
6. Keep cutting leaves: cut them all if the plant is ready balanced form unless cut the leave comes up with long branch.
